Position: Sales Associate

Role Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for consistently exceeding customer expectations, ensuring that every visitor receives an outstanding experience. This role requires collaboration with team members and support for management in executing various store operations related to customer service, merchandising, food preparation, daily maintenance, cash handling, and other essential tasks. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401K plan, is available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and deliver exceptional service consistently, employing the G.R.E.A.T. customer service approach.
  • Manage cash register operations in accordance with PMG standards, including cash handling, processing returns, voids, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Efficiently execute daily store operations, which encompass:
    • Merchandising and stocking sales floor
    • Managing food service
    • Organizing cooler displays
    • Coordinating vendor check-ins
    • Communicating daily challenges and issues to management.
  • Adhere to PMG policies and procedures regarding safety and operational excellence.
  • Conduct all work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
  • Assist management with various tasks and assignments as needed.
