Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Professional to maintain a clean and orderly environment in our facilities located in Gainesville, Keystone Heights, and Alachua. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks and organizing custodial spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain buildings in clean and well-organized condition.
  • Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of custodial closets and spaces.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
