Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to join our team at Main Line Health. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic and life support to patients in the field, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assess and treat medical emergencies.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements and technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of pre-hospital advanced life support experience or equivalent experience.
  • Successful completion of an approved EMT-Paramedic program or its equivalent.
  • Current Pennsylvania certification as an EMT-Paramedic or Pre-Hospital Nurse.
  • Current driver's license valid in Pennsylvania with copy on file.
  • Current Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) and ACLS certifications with copies on file.
  • Hazmat Awareness, and EVOC/EMSVO all are required.
  • Other certifications are encouraged, such as: NREMT-P, PHTLS, BTLS, PALS, NALS, Firefighting 1 or equivalent.
