Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

As a Quality Assurance Assembly Specialist, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest quality benchmarks for our PMA components.

Employing a range of measurement tools and conducting visual assessments, you will be vital in ensuring the safety and dependability of our offerings.

Your keen attention to detail and dedication to quality will enable us to provide exceptional solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Product Inspections:
Perform comprehensive evaluations of products to confirm compliance with rigorous quality standards.

Vendor Product Assessment:

Scrutinize incoming products from external suppliers and thoroughly document any discrepancies, ensuring every component adheres to our stringent quality criteria.


Investigation of Nonconformities:
Collaborate on inquiries to determine root causes and execute effective corrective and preventive measures.

Internal Compliance Audits:

Participate in regular audits to verify adherence to both internal and external standards, contributing to FAA Quality requirements and ongoing improvement initiatives.


Support for Quality Engineering:
Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to aid in troubleshooting, calibration activities, and enhancing overall product quality.

Additional Assembly Assistance:
Assemble various PMA components for a range of STC products.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience (2 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Preferred mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical procedures, and aerospace specifications is preferred.
- Aircraft experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and prolonged sitting.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
