Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of our local Burger King restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality food production.
  • Serve as a role model and lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of General Management experience in the QSR industry.
  • MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Burger King offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401k options.
