Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Line Cook to play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team to execute seasonal menus, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to execute seasonal menus, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning, to ensure efficient service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in daily prep and mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to the alcohol industry we are in.
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for food and wine, with a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
