Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avera Mother Joseph Manor. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform professional nursing functions, utilizing the nursing process to provide total nursing care to residents.
  • Coordinate care in an interdisciplinary manner and be responsible for the outcome of nursing care delivered.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical and psychological needs of geriatric patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a two-year associate degree program, three-year diploma program, or four-year baccalaureate degree program in nursing.
  • Current license to practice nursing in the State of South Dakota.
  • Membership in a professional organization is preferred.
  • CPR certification.

Work Schedule
