SAMUEL FIELD YM-YWHA is a community-focused organization dedicated to providing a variety of programs and services that enrich the lives of individuals and families.

Position Overview:

  • Support the Program Managers in executing engaging after-school initiatives for elementary-aged children.
  • Essential attributes: enthusiasm for youth engagement, excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management, and proficiency in technology.
  • Duties encompass program design, staff assistance, ensuring effective program delivery, and fostering connections with community partners.
  • Engage in the planning and execution of youth development activities.
  • Qualifications: currently enrolled in a degree program related to Education or similar fields, prior experience with youth, and readiness to complete necessary background screenings.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, afternoons (exact hours may vary).
  • Compensation: $22-$25 per hour
