Estimator Role at Masonomics, Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Masonomics, Inc. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing detailed estimates, budgets, and cost planning for masonry projects in the Richmond, Tidewater, and Piedmont areas of Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate estimates for masonry projects
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution
  • Utilize Tradesmen's Master Estimating software to create detailed estimates and budgets
  • Procure quotes from vendors for materials and equipment
  • Perform on-screen take-offs for civil, landscape, architectural, and structural components
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry experience with new ground-up structures, design-build/development, renovations/additions, and budgets
  • Proficiency in Tradesmen's Master Estimator Software and Bluebeam Revu
  • Strong organizational and management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems, interior and exterior building wall systems
