About the Job
We're seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SpinXpress Laundry Ambassador. Your primary responsibilities will include creating a welcoming environment by maintaining a clean and organized facility, building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. You'll also be responsible for educating customers about our services and products, promoting value, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess basic computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and professionalism is essential for this position. As a flexible part-time employee, you can work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights, and enjoy compensated training, talent nurturing, and opportunities for advancement.
What We Offer
This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $8 (during the 6-week training period) and $10-$12 per hour plus commission and bonuses after completion of training. Additionally, you'll have access to internal social media platforms, one-on-one mentorship with leaders, and opportunities to participate in friendly competitions with coworkers and other stores.
