Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Infusion Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals. As a Lead Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, conducting in-person interviews, and ensuring high-quality skill levels and best practices.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of nurses by performing monthly chart audits, hosting regular meetings, and training new RN hires.
- Conduct in-person interviews for nurse candidates and partner with the General Manager and Owner to onboard new hires.
- Manage the schedules of part-time nurses and ensure a Restore Nurse is on the schedule at all medical operating hours.
- Disseminate policy updates and act as a liaison between the corporate team and your location.
- Regularly evaluate the nursing staff to ensure high-quality skill levels and best practices.
- Manage store nursing operations, processes, and procedures.
- Facilitate training/development of current nurses and the orientation of new employees.
- Oversee hiring processes such as interviews and the selection of nursing staff.
- Perform personnel performance evaluations and conduct counseling when necessary.
- Coordinate preceptorship assignments and learning opportunities.
- Communicate safe practice and staffing ratio to management/ownership.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Leadership or management skills.
- At least two to three years of experience starting IV's and administering injections.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
- Non-judgmental outlook and ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Value ethics and integrity.
- Team environment and ability to work independently.
$35.00 per hour
