Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations in our state-of-the-art electronic medical records system.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
