Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Adult Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining detailed patient histories, conducting thorough physical examinations, and recording comprehensive patient information accurately to support informed medical decisions. The LPN will also champion patient success by guiding individuals through examinations and treatments with compassion, ensuring patient comfort and confidence during medical procedures and consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain detailed patient histories and conduct thorough physical examinations

  • Coordinate referrals to specialists, diagnostic tests, and follow-up appointments
  • Manage medication prescriptions and refills efficiently
  • Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings accurately
  • Perform minor procedures and assist physicians during examinations
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing
  • Licensed/Registered in New York State as an LPN
  • CPR Certification
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
