We are seeking a skilled Construction Craftsman to join our team at Qualified Maintenance and Construction, LLC.

This is a full-time position based in the Houston area.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Carpentry, painting, and concrete work
  • Replacing ceiling tiles, ceramic tile, and sheetrock
  • Performing general handyman work
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or construction
  • Valid driver's license and own tools
