Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $500k-$575k, based on experience, with a guaranteed first-year income followed by a wRVU compensation model.

Practice Details:
- Full-time position with a focus of 30% on Hematology and 70% on Oncology.

- Inpatient consults are managed by nurse practitioners, allowing for a focus on outpatient care.
- Expected patient volume of 17-20 per day, including 2-3 new patients and follow-up visits.
- Call schedule is 1:3, primarily for oncology, with minimal evening responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
- Open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
