About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Slate Belt Health & Rehab Ctr. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and medical procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their rooms and common areas.
  • Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other medical tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or state-tested Nursing Assistant certification in Pennsylvania.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as laws and regulations governing long-term care.
