Employment Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our team in Southern California.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Employment Attorney to work with our growing Employment Law Department. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex employment litigation and defense matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defend clients in employment-related lawsuits
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in employment law
  • Well-established employment litigation and defense background
  • Experience with public entity defense and trial experience preferred
  • Knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
  • Member, State Bar of California in good standing
