CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support the TEAMS Next MDS Administration team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to mid-executive level personnel, including preparing and reviewing executive-level correspondence, managing government records and databases, and coordinating travel arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to mid-executive level personnel, including preparing and reviewing executive-level correspondence, managing government records and databases, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Develop and maintain administrative schedules, including electronic schedules and calendars.
* Manage government correspondence handling procedures, including preparing and reviewing correspondence, and coordinating responses.
* Provide research and analysis support, including researching and preparing meeting support materials, such as briefings and papers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including government records and databases.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including making travel arrangements, booking hotel rooms, and arranging transportation.
* Provide excellent communication skills, including phone, office etiquette, and written skills.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in an administrative or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Active DoD Secret Clearance.
**Working Conditions:**
* This is a full-time position.
* The maximum pay is $31.73 per hour or $65,998 annually.
