Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified Swim Instructor to join our team at Diligent Tec, Inc. in California. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques and water safety to individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement personalized swim programs for each student.
2. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
3. Maintain pool safety and hygiene standards.
4. Provide instruction and guidance to students of all ages and skill levels.
5. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.

Qualifications:

1. Certified Swim Instructor with relevant qualifications (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA, etc.).
2. Previous experience in teaching swimming lessons.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for water safety and swimming.
