Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant in PM&R

Flagstaff Bone and Joint, a respected private practice in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team of highly regarded Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians.

This exciting clinic-based position offers the opportunity to work alongside our experienced physicians, Dr. Nathan Swain, DO, and Dr. Marshall Meier, MD, who are leaders in spine and sports medicine, specializing in interventional physiatry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient assessments, including history and physical examinations.
  • Collaborate with our PM&R physicians to diagnose and develop treatment plans for spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Administer treatments such as therapeutic joint interventions, medications, and referrals for spine interventions.
  • Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current Arizona licensure as a PA or NP.
  • National certification and current BLS certification.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.
