Job SummaryThe Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to patients, as well as collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition plans. This is a part-time position, working 8 hours per week, with no assigned hours.
Responsibilities- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition plans
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nutrition policies and procedures
- 2+ years of experience in clinical nutrition
- Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
