Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address patient needs.
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California.
- BCLS certification upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
- ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintenance of current certification.
- Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
