Engage Search, LLC is looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to take on a key role within our organization. The successful candidate will possess expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as flexible paid leave and vacation policies.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts.
  3. Collaborating with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  4. Reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and preparing and entering journal entries.
  5. Assisting with yearly audit and tax preparation, and developing routine ad-hoc reports as necessary.
