Key Responsibilities- Manage Patient Care: Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the nursing team, and develop effective plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer Medications and Treatments: Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians to promote patient well-being.
- Delegate Patient Care Responsibilities: Supervise and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate Patient Information: Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Education and Licensure: A graduate of an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing are required.
- CPR Certification: CPR certification is also required.
- Experience: One to three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a related setting is preferred.
