Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer all aspects of rehabilitation services, including clinical operations, staff management, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of our residents and communities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of rehabilitation services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of rehabilitation services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop rehabilitation staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and manage budgets for rehabilitation services, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in rehabilitation services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field.
  • Valid state professional licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in rehabilitation services management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing rehabilitation programs, staff, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
