Job Title: Manager, Clinical Outsourcing

Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing innovative medicines for underserved diseases. We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Clinical Outsourcing to join our team.

Job Summary

The Manager, Clinical Outsourcing will be responsible for overseeing the vendor selection and contracting processes for clinical trials, primarily in oncology indications. This role will also involve managing the Clinical Outsourcing group's infrastructure and providing subject matter expertise on outsourcing and contracting practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the identification and selection of clinical vendors, including CROs, central labs, and imaging services.
  • Support the creation and management of preferred provider relationships and negotiated rate cards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) and facilitate team review of proposals.
  • Participate in pricing negotiations for CROs and other critical study vendors.
  • Lead and facilitate vendor governance meetings with key CRO and vendor partnerships.
  • Manage work order amendments and change orders to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with global clinical teams to analyze trends, assess performance, and improve efficiencies.
  • Review metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure oversight of clinical trial progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management, preferably in a sponsor company or CRO managing multiple clinical trials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to interact well with individuals at all team levels.
