About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support students with special needs in New Oxford, PA. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and professionals to help students enhance their physical abilities and participate fully in school activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students' motor skills and physical needs, developing individualized treatment plans to address these challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in both individual and group settings, adapting to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Track and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with school staff to integrate therapy goals into educational plans, promoting a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy, with valid state licensure and experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
