Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
  • Administer a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with patients with neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease).
  • LSVT BIG Certification.
  • Previous travel experience in a healthcare setting.
