Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and psychosocial dimensions to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and charts.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Current, valid IL State Registered Nursing License.
- Current CPR Certification from a recognized organization (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute).
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience, with correctional nursing experience preferred.
- Competitive pay range of $40 - $44 an hour.
- 40 paid days off per year.
