Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow business through product sales, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and respond to client inquiries
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business and meet sales quotas
  • Develop and strengthen networking relationships to identify new business opportunities
  • Field underwriting and rating for new accounts and prepare insurance quotes
  • Meet or exceed performance goals assigned by agency management
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance sales
  • At least 2 years experience with personal lines and small business commercial insurance sales
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess a Nevada resident state property and casualty insurance license and willing to obtain life and health license
  • Proven sales record and strong communication and convincing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AMS360
  • Inbound and outbound call center sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
