We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN RN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a skilled pediatric home care nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary

As a pediatric home care nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current valid license to practice as an LPN RN in the state of North Carolina
  • Experience working with pediatric patients in a home health or skilled nursing setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
