Caregiver Specialist

Pate Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Technician to work with our valued patients in an in-patient rehabilitation setting.

As a key member of the care team, you will provide necessary care and assistance to patients while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Your duties will include attending to patient needs, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining adequate activity levels, transporting patients to appointments, and providing medication assistance when applicable.

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members. You must also pass provided Basic Rehabilitation Technician Training and any required pre-employment and employment screenings.
