Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at SaddleBrooke Two, a luxurious 55+ adult active lifestyle community nestled in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional beverage service to members and guests, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, handle monetary transactions, and maintain workstations.
  • Fulfill all drink orders/tickets in a timely manner for guests in the dining room.
  • Maintain professional boundaries with all members and guests.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of current bartending techniques.
  • Bartending certification preferred.
  • Must have TIPS alcohol training.
  • Health Department Certification.
  • Must be 19 years of age to meet Arizona Liquor Law.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with point of sale and/or other computerized order taking, preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
