We are seeking an experienced Fika Barista to join our team at Farm 12 Restaurant and Events. As a Fika Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide positive and friendly service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas.
• Prepare and heat bakery items, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Follow all food and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Learn and remain educated on all menu items, making recommendations to guests as needed.
• Keep all products stocked and organized, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• 2+ years of experience as a barista and in hospitality.
• Passion for quality service and commitment to community involvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including early morning and weekend shifts.
• Current Food Handlers Permit and cash handling experience.
