Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Lifespace Communities. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Initiate resident needs assessments, observe and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
  • Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
  • Promptly answer call lights and conduct regular assessments to verify resident needs are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year working with the geriatric population.
  • Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
