Job Title: Infant Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe and stimulating classroom space that fosters learning and exploration.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants and Toddlers to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
