Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Volunteer Caregiver. As a Volunteer Caregiver, you will provide patient care and support services to individuals in need, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support services, including homemaker chores, errands, and respite care
  • Participate in general orientation and training programs
  • Work collaboratively with the Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality
  • Meet all health requirements set by Harmony Home Health & Hospice
Requirements
  • Mature individual with a supportive attitude and willingness to serve others
  • Previous volunteer experience may be helpful, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
