Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician to join our NICU Hospitalist team at Ochsner Children's Hospital in New Orleans. As a NICU Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our youngest patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill newborns and infants in the NICU
- Collaborate with the neonatal team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
- Contribute to the education and training of pediatric residents and medical students
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a board-certified Pediatrician with experience in neonatal care. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
