About the Role
This role is responsible for providing nursing care to patients in various settings, including clinics and hospital wards. As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you will be working closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families;
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor patient responses to treatment, and report any concerns or issues to supervisors;
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and other relevant information;
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care, communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders to promote patient-centered care;
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current Colorado RN license, BLS certification, and one year of clinic experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift 25 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
