**Job Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

1. 3+ years of experience in acute care settings as a Respiratory Therapist.

2. Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.

3. State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT).

4. Preferred certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS), and Neonatal and Pediatric Specialist (NPS).

  1. Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices and protocols to promote optimized outcomes.
  2. Prioritize patient wellness and effectively partner with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care results.
