We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Director to lead our team at Little Leaves Behavioral Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Oversee the management of our center, including staff supervision, client services, and operational logistics.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring that our services are delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and development, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and office managers.
- Client Services: Ensure that our clients receive high-quality services, including assessment, treatment, and support.
- Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BCBA managing a team and working with clients diagnosed with ASD.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: $117,000 - $124,000 per year.
