About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of excellent dialysis services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized patient care to meet their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
• Educate patients and their families on proper dialysis techniques and self-care strategies

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years of experience in dialysis nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic life support certification
