Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience

  • Proficient in GD&T, tooling, and mechanical processing techniques
  • Capability to interpret technical specifications and drive process optimization
  • Exceptional project management and communication abilities

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Magics, Looker, Salesforce, and Solid Works
  • Experience with ISO standards and diverse manufacturing technologies
  • Knowledge of CNC machining and programming practices
  • Solid experience in capital equipment acquisition and implementation
