Job Summary:
As a Charge Nurse RN at Facility NORTHWEST HOSPITAL, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and function as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms.
- Develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.
- Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to manage patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college).
- 2 or more years of experience in clinical specialty.
- Nursing Certification of specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
