Job Responsibilities:- Drive a school bus safely and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of students and passengers.
- Develop a strong understanding of our company's safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- A competitive starting wage of $25.82 per hour, with opportunities for higher wages based on experience.
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- No experience necessary; we offer paid CDL training.
- Child-Ride-Along Program for working parents.
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- Ability to work a split shift, with a guaranteed 4-hour shift per school day.
- Flexibility to work additional hours through trips and charters when available.
