MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is in search of a traveling Respiratory Care Specialist for an exciting opportunity.
Role SummaryThe primary function of the Respiratory Care Specialist is to assess, treat, and manage patients experiencing respiratory or other pulmonary conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver respiratory therapy in accordance with physician directives and established protocols.
- Engage in the formulation and/or execution of patient care strategies.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as accepted professional standards.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members through effective communication.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methods and objectives.
- Accurately document and maintain patient records.
- Must possess a valid Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC and current CPR certification.
- Preferred experience includes at least eighteen months in respiratory care, particularly in critical care environments.
