Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of Serenity Healthcare and provide exceptional customer service
  • One-on-one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
  • Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program
  • Own outcomes of patient treatment

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Three years' work experience in customer service required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals
