Salary and BenefitsThe estimated weekly salary for this position is $1486.80 - $1562.40. Our benefits package includes competitive weekly pay, insurance (Health, Dental, Vision), Life Insurance, 401(k), Referral Bonus, Reimbursement for Licensure & CEU's, Refer-a-Friend Bonus Program, and EAP Program.
Job DescriptionThis travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work as a Caregiving Speech Therapist in a dynamic environment. You will administer treatment to patients as a licensed Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan within established legal guidelines. Your responsibilities will include observing and evaluating patient responses during treatment, following hospital safety rules and procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have at least 1-2 years' experience as a Speech Therapist. You should be a graduate from an accredited school and possess certifications required by facility requirements. Additionally, you must be able to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and pull.
Required Skills- Interpersonal Skills – ability to work with diverse personnel (professional and support staff) while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
- Technical Skills - the ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
- Cognitive Demands - capable of managing frequent interactions with the public and customers and meeting deadlines under pressure. Comfortable working under occasional close supervision or independently.
- Sensory Skills - keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
