Key Responsibilities:
- Offer general laboratory assistance.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the mechanism of action and the relationship between structure and function in biotherapeutic products.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, accompanied by 4-7 years of experience in Assay Studies.
- Proficient in sample management, including shipping and tracking.
- Experience with coulometric assays and a variety of analytical techniques such as HPLC, CE, and Spectroscopy.

- Familiarity with Empower chromatographic data acquisition software and laboratory information systems (e.g., LIMS, eLN) is highly advantageous.
- A solid understanding of chemistry/biochemistry and macromolecule analytics is essential.
