Job Summary

The Maintenance Planner Clerk is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize delays
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules and inventory
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and productivity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further technical education or vocational training preferred
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
